The People are relocating their sovereign power into a new digital system, that begins with stopping the current Parliament from exercising parliamentary powers.
When you register into the NKDP, you are confirming to transfer your sovereign power away from the existing Parliament and to a new law making system. When millions of Kenyans do this it has legal implication.
Once million of people have transferred their power in the digital parliament, its time to begin using the system for representative nominations, campaigning, elections, law making sessions, committee sessions, budgeting and all other parliamentary government administration functions.
